Last night at 11:38 PM Thursday, a magnitude 3.8 earthquake made its presence known just outside of Ontario in San Bernardino County, sending shockwaves through the area and beyond.
The quake's effects reverberated across neighboring cities like Riverside and San Bernardino, reaching as far as bustling Los Angeles, serene San Clemente, and scenic Escondido.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), the seismic activity originated approximately 8 miles beneath the earth's surface.
Fortunately, there have been no immediate reports of injuries or damage caused by this moderate earthquake.
