István Nyers, a Hungarian striker popularly known as “Stefano Nyers,” is one of the most lethal forwards to have graced Serie A. Playing for Inter from 1948 to 1955, he was a prolific goal scorer known for his precise finishing and physical prowess. Nyers managed to score a total of 12 hat-tricks in Serie A. His brilliance in front of goal was a key factor in Inter’s success during this period, helping them secure two league titles.
